What Clients Can Expect

I ask lots of questions and listen to your answers so that I understand what it is you hope to achieve through public relations. If it’s clear that I can’t help you, or if you require different skills and expertise, I will say so and give you the names of other consultants who may be better suited to your needs.

I won’t take your business unless I’m confident that I can exceed your expectations of value for service and quality of work.

Based on what I hear from you, I will prepare a written proposal setting out my understanding of your requirements, and I will recommend an appropriate strategy and action plan, and give you an estimated cost to develop and implement the plan.

If my proposal is what you are looking for and the terms are acceptable, we will progress to a working relationship.
